1. Eligibility for refunds
Refunds are available for products that:
- Be in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging.
- Requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
2. Return process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Contact us at infoblossom.aura@gmail.com to request a Return Item Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the product securely, including the RMA number on the package.
3. Send the package to the address we will provide you.
3. Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
5. Non-refundable products
The following products are not eligible for refund:
- Products on sale or clearance.
- Customized or custom-made products ordered with a delivery time of more than 1 month from the date of the request and verbal agreement.
